Gingerbread Protein Pancakes.
These are perfect for Christmas morning!
Blend together 1 cup of egg whites with 1 tbs. coconut flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. Ginger, 1/4 tsp. allspice, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, and 1/2 tsp. molasses.
Cook in a skillet as you would an omelet, flipping halfway through.
