Weekly Meal Plan

It’s been a while since I’ve shared my weekly meal plan with you, so I wanted to give you a better idea of how I’ve been eating lately! Working on getting in plenty of lean proteins and green veggies, plus I’ve been playing around with my timing of carbohydrate and fat intake! Here is the plan for this week.
