Protein Yogurt!!

It’s no secret I have a serious sweet tooth and while I tend to eat healthy 90% of the time, I still love to indulge in healthy treats now and then! Here is one I’ve been loving as of late! It’s protein yogurt!

Mix together 1 container of plain non-fat Greek yogurt with cinnamon and stevia to taste. Top with 1 tbs. of natural peanut butter or almond butter, and crushed dark chocolate. Freeze for about 45 minutes and then enjoy!! Let me know if you try it!

    I have been eating either plain or vanilla Greek yogurt for some time now. I have mixed chopped apples,
    cinnamon and nuts, crushed pineapple and / or chopped mandarin oranges, etc., to make my yogurt
    taste like dessert. It’s healthy and filling and I don’t feel like I’m depriving myself of anything! Once I
    tried natural peanut butter, I would NEVER go back to the regular kind.
