Supplements!

What I use for Supplements. I am not a huge supplement taker but here are some of my favorites!!

Want to give them a try?? Send me a message to danielle@danielleprestejohn.com or comment below and I’ll get you some more info or you can check it out here!!

Here’s a little more info about the performance supplements…

Beachbody Performance is the best because it’s…

  • Developed by Harvard-trained scientists using cutting-edge sports science and nutrition research.
  • Formulated with ingredients at clinically effective levels scientifically shown to make a difference in energy, focus, stamina, strength, and recovery.
  • No gimmicky ingredients without proof that they work. Beachbody Performance is backed by evidence-based ingredients shown to help improve performance and recovery.
  • No artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives.

I use RECOVER post-workout to take advantage of the post-workout window to help with muscle growth & recovery, ease soreness and build strength. It’s full of 20 grams of fast-, intermediate-, and slow-release proteins, and an ideal ration of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) to help promote muscle growth and repair.

I use RECHARGE to help with sleep, recovery, and soreness. It has 20 grams of slow-release casein protein, plus it tastes like vanilla ice cream 😉

Nope right now they are all only in one flavor and the whey and caesin are not vegan because they’re dairy :)
