Consistency is KEY

What you do consistently over time > what you do or don’t do one day.

Full Disclosure. I LOVE to workout. I crave that post workout high. Love nothing more than being in an empty gym, and genuinely look forward to my workouts every day.

Having that love of fitness has been AMAZING but that doesn’t mean I don’t have my fair share of struggles too. 💕

I HATE vegetables.
I STRUGGLE with emotional eating. 🍿
I get HUNGRY often.
I would rather SNACK than eat whole full meals.
I have the world’s biggest SWEET tooth. 🍫
Nutrition has always been a struggle point for me, and is something I will forever be a work in progress on.
.
So how do I tackle it?! I recognize that nobody is perfect and focus on the fact that what I do consistently over time, will always outweigh what I do or don’t do in one day. So I balance it.
I stick to my consistent daily workouts that I love.
I try to make the BEST nutrition choices I can each day. 🍓
I set myself up for success by planning and prepping my meals. 🍴
And I also cut myself some slack and don’t beat myself up when I have an off day, eat a cookie, or find myself munching out of stress. I just do the BEST I possibly can. 🍪
