Confession: Whenever I get stressed, anxious, or depressed, my mind defaults to one thing…
I HATE my body. I’m GAINING weight. I don’t look good.

Now, this is not healthy, and is something I am ACTIVELY working on changing, but one thing that does always help is a little reality check. 
It’s really easy to SPIRAL a thought in your mind. True or not you start to BELIEVE it. It becomes FACT. Truth.

Reality # 1: Aside from a tan (please come back summer) these two pictures look the exact same. One is 6 months ago, when I felt just fine. One is last week.
.
Reality # 2: Disclaimer: I usually HATE the scale. But it is a good measure of REALITY.
Well this past weekend I HAD to step on it (for a really EXCITING project I can’t quite tell you about yet 😉 ) and to my surprise I was the same weight I always am.

PROOF that I was creating my reality solely in my HEAD.
Remember what you think you will eventually BECOME. Change your thoughts, and you’ll change your life
