Progress

For one person progress may be parking farther from the building and walking more.
For someone else progress may be squatting 300 lbs.
For another it may be making it to Zumba 4 days a week.
For somebody else it may be taking a rest day and listening to their body.

Progress doesn’t have to be measured in weight loss & fitness is going to look different for everyone. 💪

Stop training to look like a version of someone else’s body. The only person you are in competition with is you.

Outdo your past… not other people.
