Call it a mindset shift.
Call it a renewed sense of motivation.
Call is some extra discipline.
⚡️Thanks to our 100 day program I’ve gained so much physical and mental strength. It’s been amazing to see what committing to 100 days will do for 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲, 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
Never did I imagine the changes that would come from adding in just 20-30 minute workouts a day, a mindset journal, and making a commitment to myself.
