🌻 10 Things I’ve Learned in the Last 10 Years ⁣🌻

1️⃣If you never address your mindset, no amount of change to your external appearance will create happiness. ⁣
2️⃣Comparison is the thief of everything. The less you do it, the happier you’ll be. ⁣
3️⃣Fitness is an amazing form of therapy and should never be used as a way to “punish” yourself for what you ate. ⁣
4️⃣My relationship with food and my body will forever be a work in progress, and that is okay. ⁣
5️⃣Perfection doesn’t exist. The less time you spend chasing it, the better. ⁣
6️⃣You can be a strong person and still struggle with anxiety and depression. ⁣
7️⃣Ditch. The. Timeline. ⁣
8️⃣It is equally as important to take care of your mental health, as it is your physical health. ⁣
9️⃣As you get older, you will care a whole lot less about what people think about you. ⁣
🔟The things you struggle with now, have the potential to teach you the biggest lessons and become your biggest strengths. ⁣
