Take advantage of the extra time with your family, friends, and loved ones. โฃโฃ
Fuel your body well. โฃโฃ
Feed your mind with POSITIVITY. โฃโฃ
Create structure and a new routine.
And any time you feel anxious, stop, drop and gratitude. โฃโฃ
