If it’s making you anxious: turn off the news, limit how much time you spend reading articles, pick one reliable source to educate yourself with and move on.
There is so much in this situation we can’t control but there is also so much you can.
Prioritize moving your body every day.
Stay home if you’re able to.
Take advantage of the extra time with your family, friends, and loved ones.
Fuel your body well.
Feed your mind with POSITIVITY.
Create structure and a new routine.
And any time you feel anxious, stop, drop and gratitude.
