๐Ÿพ ๐˜ ๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ด ๐˜ˆ๐˜จ๐˜ฐ ๐˜—๐˜ณ๐˜ฐ๐˜จ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ด๐˜ด ๐˜ง๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ was picking up some heavy weights and shifting my focus from how my body looked to what my body was capable of doing.โฃโฃ

๐Ÿธ ๐˜ ๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ด ๐˜ˆ๐˜จ๐˜ฐ ๐˜—๐˜ณ๐˜ฐ๐˜จ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ด๐˜ด ๐˜ง๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ was trusting a program, getting back to tracking my food, and adding in more cardio. โฃโฃ

๐˜›๐˜ฐ๐˜ฅ๐˜ข๐˜บ ๐˜—๐˜ณ๐˜ฐ๐˜จ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ด๐˜ด ๐˜ง๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ is stepping on the scale daily in order to develop a healthier relationship with my body (& ๐˜ด๐˜ฉ๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜ช๐˜ต ๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ญ ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ ๐˜ฎ๐˜บ ๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ฆ๐˜ด), working towards a point of maintenance with my nutrition, and getting to a place of balance with my food and fitness.โฃโฃ

If thereโ€™s one thing Iโ€™ve learned itโ€™s that no one phase will be alike and if you arenโ€™t changing your definition of progress from time to time, you likely arenโ€™t growing very much. โฃโฃ
