I didn’t know where to start.
I had no clue where I would end up.
But I knew I needed to change.
It wasn’t easy. It was filled with failures. But it was so very much worth the fight.
Cheers to gaining strength, creating your own happiness, and learning that time can be a very beautiful thing. 🍾 💕

New to meal prepping? Here’s an example of the perfect meal to try!
What’s your WHY?! Did you know one of the things I hate the most is pictures and videos of myself. Yes, you got that right, I’ve made a living off of posting pictures and videos of myself to social media. Something I highly DISLIKE.
So WHY?! On the days when I really don’t feel like taking another picture, making another post, coming up with the perfect thing to say, I remind myself why the heck I started this in the first place.
Sharing my story.
Sharing my struggles.
Helping other women not feel ALONE.
Helping other women reach their true potential.
This is what I get to do on a daily basis.
To me there is nothing more REWARDING than helping another woman not feel the feelings I felt for so many years. And yes I have my days where I just don’t feel like it too, but then I remember WHY I started this whole thing in the first place. I realize all that I’ve accomplished. And I remember that I’m doing EXACTLY what I set out to do. 💕

When is the PERFECT time to start your health and fitness journey?
My REAL answer: Never.
The season of New Year’s Resolutions and starting on Monday is upon us… but one of the most important things I’ve learned is there will never be a best time to start a health and fitness journey.
*Life is always going to be busy.
*There’s always going to be an upcoming event.
*You’re never going to have a surplus of money to afford it.
*You’re never going to feel READY
So what if instead of waiting for Monday, or January 1st, or until you feel ready you started right now?! Made one small (or BIG) change to take a step to a healthier life. It doesn’t have to be a drastic change. Small changes daily when life is chaotic will still add up over time. In fact, it will add up to WAY more than if you keep WAITING for that perfect starting point. Are you in?
