Be Kind

Be kind for everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. 💕

If there’s one thing growing a business off of social media (with mostly women I should add) it’s this.
We’re so quick to judge.
So quick to bash others.
So quick to state our opinions on how we would have done it.
So quick to point fingers and place blames.

But 99% of the time you don’t know the full story.
She may be battling mega demons inside her own head.
She may be sick.
She may be struggling.
She may have a family member who’s sick.
She may be feeling alone.
She may need a distraction from the world around her.

Be a little kinder, a little more forgiving, a little more understanding.
The world needs more of that. 💛

✨BEST NEWS EVER ✨

I’ve been keeping a MEGA secret from you. I’m so excited to finally announce that I’ve been selected for a small group of coaches to be in a private test group for our newest program.

We get to work closely with the creator of the program and train with him LIVE for the next 6 weeks.

This has been something I’ve DREAMED of since beginning as a coach. We can’t share details just yet, but I PROMISE as soon as I’m able to share you’ll get to come along for EVERYTHING.

This program will release to EVERYONE in January 2019.

Cannot wait to transform mind, body, and spirit and take you all with me. Keep your eyes out for some updates from me very soon 💕

Mondaze

Mondays can be whatever you make them.
.
A bad day. Rainy weather. 🌂 Start to a another stressful week. 😤
OR
A good day despite some obstacles. A day closer to summer. ☀️ A fresh start, a clean slate, and a brand new week. 🙌
.
See how I did that?! 😉
Just a reminder that life is what you make it.
.
Change your mindset. Change your life. 💕

Never Miss a Monday

Never miss a MONDAY
.
I was always the farthest thing from athletic.
I trip over objects that aren’t there.
I fall up stairs.
I quit cross country after one day.
.
But for whatever reason fitness came into my life at a time I needed it most.
.
It taught me to be proud of my body for what it could do – instead of stressing over how it looked.
.
Just a reminder that you don’t have to be strong, or fast, or even know what you’re doing. You just have to move. 🏋️‍♀️
.
Who got in their Monday workout today?💪⬇️
