And I’ll be honest for the longest time I wasn’t…
But then as I slowly got my shit together, I started to feel pieces falling into place.
Yet I remained terrified to admit that I was in fact happy.
Maybe it was the thought that my world would come crashing down if I did admit it…
Maybe it was guilt for everyone I knew who was struggling…
But I found myself purposely starting to search for things that were going wrong instead of 𝘦𝘯𝘫𝘰𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 everything that was going right.
We live in a world that thrives off of being busy, stressed, unhappy, pissed off.
If you’re not…
Are you not working hard enough?
Are you just lucky?
But I want to remind you that there is NOTHING wrong with 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲. And yes, despite all of this I still have my days. I still have things I struggle with. I still feel anxious from time to time.
But for the most part I am genuinely happy. Because I choose to be. Every day. And you can too.

Something about moving had me terrified about maintaining my progress.
In the past, I’ve let moving get me completely off track with my fitness journey.
Couple that with the end of our 100 day program, a change in my gym schedule, and I knew it could easily be a recipe for disaster.

The night I moved I dragged myself to the gym.
The next day, I skipped a beach day in order to get groceries and a workout in.
Body dysmorphia has been getting the best of me.
Mentally I’ve felt off of my game.

Push past it.
Start even when you don’t feel like it.
Continue even when you don’t see progress.

To the girl who feels like she doesn’t quite fit in.
To the girl who feels she’ll never find her place in life.
To the girl who feels sad, lonely, lost or alone.
To the girl who does not yet see her worth.
You will find your tribe.
You will figure out your purpose.
You will find your path.
You will learn your worth.

Call it a mindset shift.
Call it a renewed sense of motivation.
Call is some extra discipline.
⚡️Thanks to our 100 day program I’ve gained so much physical and mental strength. It’s been amazing to see what committing to 100 days will do for 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲, 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
Never did I imagine the changes that would come from adding in just 20-30 minute workouts a day, a mindset journal, and making a commitment to myself.
Now it’s 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍. Today’s the day you can get your hands on the same 100 Day Program that I completed and I so badly want you to experience this feeling too. So many of you are getting started and I’m beyond EXCITED for you!

As I stepped on the scale for my final 100 day weigh in, I kept repeating to myself.
“𝘐𝘵’𝘴 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘢 𝘯𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳, 𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴.”
And no matter how many times as I told myself that, my heart still sank a bit when I saw the number.
Immediately I started to compare myself to all of the other women in the test group with me.
I started to question where I could’ve done things differently.
In the past I would’ve let that number consume me. 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐳𝐞 𝐦𝐞. And likely derail me completely off track.
Not any more.
𝐈 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐍𝐔𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑.
It doesn’t measure how much stronger I got.
It doesn’t measure how much faster I got.
It doesn’t measure how much more energy I have.
It doesn’t measure how much better I sleep.
It doesn’t measure how much my mindset has shifted.
And it most certainly doesn’t measure my confidence or self worth.
So whether it was 5lbs down or 50, I no longer let one number negate or determine my hard work.
I took note of the number, hopped off, and went on with my day.
