I always used to believe life would go DOWNHILL as I got older.
I’d lose my fitness.
Hate my body even more.
Be disappointed with where I had ended up.
Now I CHOOSE to see things differently.
I am nowhere near where I thought I would be in life at this point.
I most certainly do not have it all figured out.
But every year I learn a little more.
Get a little stronger.
Find a little more confidence…

Who would’ve thought that time, growth, and age can be a very beautiful thing. Cheers to growing and thriving with time. 🍾💕

I don’t have time → enter 20-30 minute workouts from home.
I’m not in good enough shape → enter 2 modifiers with every workout.
I can’t commit to 100 days → we’ve got a 60 day option with weekends off.
I need rest days → built in rest and recovery days and the option to take rest days.
I struggle with nutrition → Same but with three different plans to choose from we can find what works for you.
I lack support → live 5:30 am workouts if you want in, the best community of ladies going through the program with you, and me as your #1 cheerleader.

And I’ll be honest for the longest time I wasn’t…
But then as I slowly got my shit together, I started to feel pieces falling into place.
Yet I remained terrified to admit that I was in fact happy.
Maybe it was the thought that my world would come crashing down if I did admit it…
Maybe it was guilt for everyone I knew who was struggling…
But I found myself purposely starting to search for things that were going wrong instead of 𝘦𝘯𝘫𝘰𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 everything that was going right.
We live in a world that thrives off of being busy, stressed, unhappy, pissed off.
If you’re not…
Are you not working hard enough?
Are you just lucky?
But I want to remind you that there is NOTHING wrong with 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲. And yes, despite all of this I still have my days. I still have things I struggle with. I still feel anxious from time to time.
But for the most part I am genuinely happy. Because I choose to be. Every day. And you can too.

Something about moving had me terrified about maintaining my progress.
In the past, I’ve let moving get me completely off track with my fitness journey.
Couple that with the end of our 100 day program, a change in my gym schedule, and I knew it could easily be a recipe for disaster.

The night I moved I dragged myself to the gym.
The next day, I skipped a beach day in order to get groceries and a workout in.
Body dysmorphia has been getting the best of me.
Mentally I’ve felt off of my game.

As a coach I hear a lot of reasons why people can’t do things. All valid. All great reasons but at the end of the day 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞.
You can let it be an 𝐄𝐗𝐂𝐔𝐒𝐄 for why you’re not getting closer to where you want to be or 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐏𝐓 that it’s your current situation.
Push past it.
Start even when you don’t feel like it.
Continue even when you don’t see progress.

To the girl who feels like she doesn’t quite fit in.
To the girl who feels she’ll never find her place in life.
To the girl who feels sad, lonely, lost or alone.
To the girl who does not yet see her worth.
You will find your tribe.
You will figure out your purpose.
You will find your path.
You will learn your worth.
