1 scoop vanilla casein protein
2 tbs. almond butter or peanut butter
1 tbs. sliced almonds
1 tbs. enjoy life mini chocolate chips
Mix well adding water until you get to a cookie dough texture. Roll into bites and freeze for one hour!! Enjoy 🍪🍪🍪
Nighttime sweet tooth fix…Caesin Pudding
Who’s tried it??! It’s just one scoop of casein (I’ll link the one I use below), water, and a scoop of peanut butter.
The healthy fats from the peanut butter slow down digestion to keep you full longer, and the casein is a slow-digesting protein to help recover and repair your muscles overnight so you can get stronger and prevent soreness

*Strawberry Shaped Hearts * Heart Shaped Apple Slices * Chocolate Filled Strawberries * Chocolate or Strawberry Greek Yogurt
For the Chocolate Dip: Mix together 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1/2 tsp. stevia.
For the Strawberry Dip: Puree 1 cup fresh strawberries and fold into 1 can of refrigerated plain coconut milk.
For the Chocolate Filled Strawberries: Scoop out the inside of a strawberries. Meanwhile over low heat melt together 1/2 tbs. coconut oil and 1/2 cup enjoy life semi sweet chocolate chips. Pour the chocolate mixture into the strawberries and freeze until set.
It’s no secret I have a serious sweet tooth and while I tend to eat healthy 90% of the time, I still love to indulge in healthy treats now and then! Here is one I’ve been loving as of late! It’s protein yogurt!
Mix together 1 container of plain non-fat Greek yogurt with cinnamon and stevia to taste. Top with 1 tbs. of natural peanut butter or almond butter, and crushed dark chocolate. Freeze for about 45 minutes and then enjoy!! Let me know if you try it!
