Pumpkin Smoothie!!! 🎃🍁🍂
*1 Scoop protein
*1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
*2 oz frozen banana
*60 grams pumpkin purée
*dashes of cinnamon, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice
Hope all is well! I can’t believe we’re already reaching September. It seems like everyone is back to school this week. I used to DREAD this time of year as a student, but now, I actually enjoy this time of year.
Summer parties and cookouts are over, it’s time to fall back into a bit more of a routine, and eating healthier gets a little easier with some focus and determination.

2. Enjoy Pumpkin! Now I’m not talking Pumpkin Spice Lattes, although I love them 😉 Pumpkin can actually be a great healthy addition to fall baking and meals. For some of my favorite fall recipes check out my recipes here. There’s chili, protein bars, shakes, cookies, and more!
