Never miss a MONDAY
I was always the farthest thing from athletic.
I trip over objects that aren’t there.
I fall up stairs.
I quit cross country after one day.
But for whatever reason fitness came into my life at a time I needed it most.
It taught me to be proud of my body for what it could do – instead of stressing over how it looked.
Just a reminder that you don’t have to be strong, or fast, or even know what you’re doing. You just have to move. 🏋️♀️
Who got in their Monday workout today?💪⬇️
I have to work out today….
Correction: I GET TO workout today. 💖
I talk to so many ladies who say they just can’t find the motivation to workout. One thing I’ve found though is practicing GRATITUDE in any situation can almost always be a solution.
What if you stopped looking at fitness as a chore?
Instead saw it as a privilege.
Something AMAZING your body is capable of doing each and every day. ✨
Today you get to workout. You get to increase endorphins, feel more positive, improve your health, and move your body in a way that not everyone is capable of.
Will you take advantage of that?! 💪✨
What’s your WHY?! Did you know one of the things I hate the most is pictures and videos of myself. Yes, you got that right, I’ve made a living off of posting pictures and videos of myself to social media. Something I highly DISLIKE.
So WHY?! On the days when I really don’t feel like taking another picture, making another post, coming up with the perfect thing to say, I remind myself why the heck I started this in the first place.
Sharing my story.
Sharing my struggles.
Helping other women not feel ALONE.
Helping other women reach their true potential.
This is what I get to do on a daily basis.
To me there is nothing more REWARDING than helping another woman not feel the feelings I felt for so many years. And yes I have my days where I just don’t feel like it too, but then I remember WHY I started this whole thing in the first place. I realize all that I’ve accomplished. And I remember that I’m doing EXACTLY what I set out to do. 💕
