I have a hard time losing weight
I need to stop eating at night
I struggle with emotional eating
I do well all day and screw it up at night
I can’t seem to stick to a diet
I don’t like vegetables
I hear one of the above almost daily and to be honest I’ve said them all at some point too but here’s what I’m learning…
When we spend our time focusing on the negative, even if we’re working on changing it, it will continue to show up.
Focus on the positive. 🤗
Have gratitude on what’s already happening.💕
Have faith in the possibilities of what’s to come. 🙏
