Reality is weight loss cannot be sped up. Quick fixes, crash diets, miracle pills will never work.
Weight loss takes consistency.
It takes solid nutrition. 
It needs to be SUSTAINABLE.

I started coaching because I knew exactly how it felt to be ALONE on my journey. 
.
I must have been the only one who was tormented by food. 🍕
.
The only one who wore a sweatshirt to the gym every day to hide.
.
The only one who changed 20 times and then just didn’t go out cause I didn’t feel comfortable in my skin. 👗
.
Now, how blessed am I to run a business designed to help other women not feel alone.
.
To help empower other women to get healthy while LOVING where they’re at.
.
The coolest part – we expand.
.
I always wanted to just help women with their health and fitness, but thanks to coaching I’ve been able to not just grow my own business but help to mentor other women to do the same.
.
How powerful it is that now it’s not just me putting positivity out there, but my full gang full of self love soldiers.

What do you do for work?! ⬇️

I used to be so AFRAID to talk about what I did for work.
It started when I graduated college and didn’t have your average ‘9-5’ job.
When someone asked me what I did I would cringe… 
“Do I list out the 10 part time jobs and certifications I have?!”
So when I went back to school for nutrition I was so EXCITED to have a normal job.
Then I tried searching for a job.
NOTHING.
.
So I kept waitressing. Tried my best to start my own business. Took all the courses. Spent all the money. Had a blog. Tried to navigate running a business with zero business background… FAIL.
Right when I was about to give up, I learned about coaching… just another thing I would fail at I assumed.
.
And when I started I was so EMBARRASSED to talk about what I was doing.
I didn’t want people to think I was a salesperson.
I didn’t want to ‘bug’ people.
But I kept showing up. I kept growing my confidence. Building my self-esteem.
Slowly, and with a LOT of hustle, I built my coaching business into my full time job.
.
At that point I realized something HUGE… you can’t pay your bills with other people’s opinions.
No I don’t have a ‘normal job’.
I don’t have a fancy title.
But I LOVE what I do. I get to work from home in yoga pants. On my own clock. Wherever I choose (there must be wi-fi 😉) And now I’ve learned how PROUD I can be of the fact that I’ve built my coaching business from the ground up.
That I get to help people for a living.
And am happy to say I actually look forward to getting to work every day.

So yes I am an online health and fitness coach. Wanna do it too?!

The Power of I AM

There’s power in your I am…

whatever you say will follow.

This saying hit me hard this week. After a not so great week, I was starting to doubt myself, my decisions, and even my ability to tackle my to-do list.

Then I started paying attention to what was playing over and over in my head.

“I am stressed”

“I am anxious”

“I’m tired”

And sure enough, what I put out there came to me. So I decided to try something different. I started focusing on the positives and even though I was an anxious stress case kept repeating…

“I am calm”

“I am happy”

“I am energized”

And guess what happened?! Anxiety evened out, my workouts felt better, and goals were crushed.

Now I am the LAST person to push the mindset/manifest stuff. I’m the girl who gets stressed in yoga and reviews my to-do list at any attempt to mediate 😂, but I promise it works!! .

TRANSFORMATION

Coaching is not always cupcakes and sprinkles all the time 🍰
It can be scary to share your life with social media.
It can mean late nights, or getting up early and saying goodbye to Netflix time.
It means sharing your imperfections with the world and taking on judgement.

But it’s days like today that remind me EXACTLY why I do this. 🙌
Our ladies checking in with their final results from our 80 Day program made my heart so happy.

Things like….

💜Lost 17 lbs
💚Down 25 inches overall
💛Regained sooo much of my confidence
💙Clothes fitting nicely
💜No giving up like I have in the past
💛 I am finally comfortable in my own skin.
💚I have lost a total of 16 pounds and 20 inches overall.
💜I lost 25 lbs and 36.5 inches

And a special shout out to my coach Allie, who CRUSHED her 16 week journey. She committed 110% and the results show it. So proud of you lady 💕
