I have so many new mamas approach me post pregnancy, ready to immediately get their bodies back.
But here’s the thing, motherhood and pregnancy is a beautiful thing and YOU DO NOT NEED TO RUSH. Social media is plastered with before and after transformations of new moms but every body is different, so please stop comparing.
Slow down. Enjoy the time with your little one. Take steps to be healthy every day.
Your body will recover.
You will get back in shape.
It’s NORMAL to feel uncomfortable in your skin for a bit.
Give it time, and love, and enjoy. You don’t have to be perfect. No one is.
Keep going mamas you’re doing great. 💕
