EXPAND

What you focus on expands…

 I have a hard time losing weight
 I need to stop eating at night
 I struggle with emotional eating 
 I do well all day and screw it up at night
 I can’t seem to stick to a diet
 I don’t like vegetables

I hear one of the above almost daily and to be honest I’ve said them all at some point too but here’s what I’m learning…

When we spend our time focusing on the negative, even if we’re working on changing it, it will continue to show up.

Focus on the positive. 🤗
Have gratitude on what’s already happening.💕
Have faith in the possibilities of what’s to come. 🙏

They don’t have to be true just yet but say them enough and it will become your reality.

Wanna test your confidence?! Attend a fitness training event with thousands of women.
.
Some will be fitter than you.
Blonder than you.
Skinnier than you. 
More successful than you.
.
As you can imagine, the comparison trap always hits hard for events like this, and I’d being lying if I said thoughts of inadequacy didn’t float through my head.
.
But here’s the difference.
.
I used to let them consume me. Paralyze me. Repeat over and over again.
.
Now – I let them come and let them go.
I am very successful.
My body is different than hers.
I am a proud brunette.
.
I’ve learned to STOP comparing myself to everyone else, and start comparing myself to ME. I’ve learned that my INTERNAL genuine desire to work hard and help others far outweighs a sparkly ball gown, fancy title, or external appearance.
.
The more we stress, worry, and fear that we aren’t good enough the more we attract it. Want to repel success, tell yourself you’re not good enough over and over again.
.
Instead I came home and chose to focus on my own growth.
I re-committed to helping other women the best way I know how.
I choose to continue show up in the world as authentically me.
And decided that that alone is good enough for me.

The Secret to Sustainable Weight Loss

Which would you pick? 🤔

A. You could lose 15lbs in 3 weeks BUT you would gain it back in 3 months
B. You could lose 15lbs in 3 months BUT you would keep it off for life.
.
Reality is weight loss cannot be sped up. Quick fixes, crash diets, miracle pills will never work.
Weight loss takes consistency.
It takes solid nutrition. 
It needs to be SUSTAINABLE.
.
Now what if I told you I had the tools to not only lose the weight BUT keep it off FOREVER?

Would you jump at it?! EVEN if it wasn’t a fancy quick fix approach? 🦄

Even if it took hard work, consistency, some not so fun choices.

I started coaching because I knew exactly how it felt to be ALONE on my journey. 
.
I must have been the only one who was tormented by food. 🍕
.
The only one who wore a sweatshirt to the gym every day to hide.
.
The only one who changed 20 times and then just didn’t go out cause I didn’t feel comfortable in my skin. 👗
.
Now, how blessed am I to run a business designed to help other women not feel alone.
.
To help empower other women to get healthy while LOVING where they’re at.
.
The coolest part – we expand.
.
I always wanted to just help women with their health and fitness, but thanks to coaching I’ve been able to not just grow my own business but help to mentor other women to do the same.

How powerful it is that now it’s not just me putting positivity out there, but my full gang full of self love soldiers.

What do you do for work?! ⬇️

I used to be so AFRAID to talk about what I did for work.
It started when I graduated college and didn’t have your average ‘9-5’ job.
When someone asked me what I did I would cringe… 
“Do I list out the 10 part time jobs and certifications I have?!”
So when I went back to school for nutrition I was so EXCITED to have a normal job.
Then I tried searching for a job.
NOTHING.
.
So I kept waitressing. Tried my best to start my own business. Took all the courses. Spent all the money. Had a blog. Tried to navigate running a business with zero business background… FAIL.
Right when I was about to give up, I learned about coaching… just another thing I would fail at I assumed.
.
And when I started I was so EMBARRASSED to talk about what I was doing.
I didn’t want people to think I was a salesperson.
I didn’t want to ‘bug’ people.
But I kept showing up. I kept growing my confidence. Building my self-esteem.
Slowly, and with a LOT of hustle, I built my coaching business into my full time job.
.
At that point I realized something HUGE… you can’t pay your bills with other people’s opinions.
No I don’t have a ‘normal job’.
I don’t have a fancy title.
But I LOVE what I do. I get to work from home in yoga pants. On my own clock. Wherever I choose (there must be wi-fi 😉) And now I’ve learned how PROUD I can be of the fact that I’ve built my coaching business from the ground up.
That I get to help people for a living.
And am happy to say I actually look forward to getting to work every day.
