Clean Eating Pad Thai

Clean Eating Pad Thai with ALL the veggies!! 🥕🥒

No noodles required 🍝

So here’s the RECIPE: 

In a skillet saute zucchini noodles, mushrooms, and carrots.
While cooking stir in 1 tbs. natural peanut butter, 2 tbs. low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos.
Top with crushed peanuts and enjoy!pad

Pumpkin Protein Muffins

Pumpkin Muffins!!! I look forward to making these every winter :)

IMG_4850*4 Eggs
*1.5 cups Pumpkin
*3 scoops vanilla caesin protein (I used Beachbody’s performance line – send me a message for details!)
*1 tsp. baking powder
*1 tbs. almond butter
*Cinnamon, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.

Mix ingredients together and pour into muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins.
