So here’s the RECIPE:
Lean & Green 🍵 I used to hate veggies until I started to learn how to make them delicious! My girls and I are always sharing new healthy recipes in our accountability groups and this is my current favorite! Cauliflower Stir Fry 🍴💚
So simple! It’s just snap peas, lean ground chicken, cauliflower rice, and coconut aminos!
Pumpkin Muffins!!! I look forward to making these every winter
*1.5 cups Pumpkin
*3 scoops vanilla caesin protein (I used Beachbody’s performance line – send me a message for details!)
*1 tsp. baking powder
*1 tbs. almond butter
*Cinnamon, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
Mix ingredients together and pour into muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
