Reality is weight loss cannot be sped up. Quick fixes, crash diets, miracle pills will never work.
Weight loss takes consistency.
It takes solid nutrition. 
It needs to be SUSTAINABLE.

Mindset of a LIFESTYLE

I used to start a brand NEW diet every Monday and expect to see six-pack abs by Friday. Seriously!
.
That may be a bit of a stretch BUT for YEARS of my life my diet would start on Monday and when I didn’t see INSTANT results in a week I would get frustrated, fall off track, and give up completely.
.
Then I realized that a healthy LIFESTYLE meant I was in it for the long haul and not just a 21-Day DIET. If I could be consistent about SMALL changes over time, I could see MAJOR progress.
.
Sure, it’s a lot less glamorous but it’s a lot more REALISTIC! So instead of focusing on your immediate results, focus on the TINY changes you can make daily. Maybe it’s choosing a salad over pizza, or working out EVEN when you don’t want to, but I promise, it’s WORTH IT.
.
