Self Love is the KEY

The most important person to fall in love with is YOU. 💕

This is especially IMPORTANT if you are trying to grow, change, or improve.
.
I always used to believe that if I HATED myself and my body enough, I would build up the motivation to CHANGE it. 
.
What usually happened instead was I would end up feeling worse about myself, discouraged, and uninspired. I was putting NEGATIVITY into my mindset, and positive changes happened few and far between.
.
But then I realized I needed to switch my approach. We need to show ourselves compassion, self-acceptance, and self LOVE in order to INSPIRE positive CHANGE.
.
When I started to practice this on the regular, the POSITIVE change happened with ease. I started to fuel my body to take care of myself, workout because I loved my body, and accept the things I just couldn’t change (hello short legs!).
.
Bottom line: Focus on the things you LOVE about yourself, be patient, and stop dwelling on the things you can’t change. There are plenty of people out there to criticize you. Be the one to show YOU some love 💛
