This saying hit me hard this week. After a not so great week, I was starting to doubt myself, my decisions, and even my ability to tackle my to-do list.
Then I started paying attention to what was playing over and over in my head.
“I am stressed”
“I am anxious”
And sure enough, what I put out there came to me. So I decided to try something different. I started focusing on the positives and even though I was an anxious stress case kept repeating…
“I am calm”
“I am happy”
“I am energized”
And guess what happened?! Anxiety evened out, my workouts felt better, and goals were crushed.
Now I am the LAST person to push the mindset/manifest stuff. I’m the girl who gets stressed in yoga and reviews my to-do list at any attempt to mediate 😂, but I promise it works!! .

When I started coaching I 110% doubted that I would be successful. I was shy, insecure, and quite honestly not in a great place with my own health and fitness.
But there was something in my HEART that kept me working towards my goals💕
I did ALL the trainings.
Watched ALL the videos.
Worked my booty off.
Guess what happened?! Yesterday while cleaning out my inbox something caught my eye. It was my “vision” I had written from a coach training group.
Back then, I remember feeling CRAZY writing it and secretly thinking it would never happen.
TODAY I read it in disbelief as I have checked off goal after goal on my list. ✅
I get to write this post from North Carolina. Yup, you read that right, I was able to up and MOVE for a month to explore a new area.
I can still get my work done.
Sophie’s still with me.🐶
And you better believe I already found a gym. 🤸♀️
Because that’s what freedom is for me. It’s not having the fanciest car. Being a million dollar earner. Or living the most glamorous life.
It’s simple things. Freedom of time. Freedom of place. Teaching women to love their bodies. And getting paid for it.
Plus, I get to help other women do the same, and most have become some of my closest friends. Feeling extra GRATEFUL today and just wanted to share. If you ever wonder what it is I do or how you can do it too, just ask! I’m always just a message away. You deserve this too. 👯
