โšก๏ธThanks to our 100 day program Iโ€™ve gained so much physical and mental strength. Itโ€™s been amazing to see what committing to 100 days will do for ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ฒ, ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ž๐ญ, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง. โฃโฃ

Never did I imagine the changes that would come from adding in just 20-30 minute workouts a day, a mindset journal, and making a commitment to myself. โฃโฃ

Screw the Scale

As I stepped on the scale for my final 100 day weigh in, I kept repeating to myself. โฃ
โฃ
โ€œ๐˜๐˜ตโ€™๐˜ด ๐˜ซ๐˜ถ๐˜ด๐˜ต ๐˜ข ๐˜ฏ๐˜ถ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ, ๐˜ช๐˜ต ๐˜ช๐˜ด ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฐ๐˜ต ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜ญ๐˜บ ๐˜ด๐˜ช๐˜จ๐˜ฏ ๐˜ฐ๐˜ง ๐˜ฎ๐˜บ ๐˜ฑ๐˜ณ๐˜ฐ๐˜จ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ด๐˜ด.โ€ โฃ

And no matter how many times as I told myself that, my heart still sank a bit when I saw the number. โฃ
โฃ
Immediately I started to compare myself to all of the other women in the test group with me. โฃ
I started to question where I couldโ€™ve done things differently. โฃ
โฃ
In the past I wouldโ€™ve let that number consume me. ๐๐š๐ซ๐š๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ž ๐ฆ๐ž. And likely derail me completely off track. โฃ
โฃ
Not any more. โฃ
โฃ
๐ˆ ๐œ๐ก๐จ๐ฌ๐ž ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฅ๐ž๐ญ ๐ข๐ญ ๐›๐ž ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐š ๐๐”๐Œ๐๐„๐‘. โฃ
โฃ
It doesnโ€™t measure how much stronger I got. โฃ
It doesnโ€™t measure how much faster I got. โฃ
It doesnโ€™t measure how much more energy I have. โฃ
It doesnโ€™t measure how much better I sleep. โฃ
It doesnโ€™t measure how much my mindset has shifted. โฃ
And it most certainly doesnโ€™t measure my confidence or self worth. โฃ
โฃ
So whether it was 5lbs down or 50, I no longer let one number negate or determine my hard work. โฃ
โฃ
I took note of the number, hopped off, and went on with my day. โฃ
โฃ
๐‘๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ, ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐š๐ฅ๐ฐ๐š๐ฒ๐ฌ ๐ก๐š๐ฏ๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฐ๐ž๐ซ ๐ญ๐จ ๐œ๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฌ๐ž ๐ก๐จ๐ฐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฅ๐ž๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ ๐š๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ž๐œ๐ญ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ. The more we stress, worry, and fear that we aren’t good enough the more we attract it.โฃ
