As I thought about putting together a January challenge group I thought back to my years working in the gym as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. The gym would be packed from January to February with new gym goers, new goals, and big dreams.
By February the gym is back to it’s normal clientele and many go back to their routine of skipping workouts, making excuses, and poor nutrition choices.
