Chia Seed Pudding!! ✨
Who’s tried it?!
*2 tbs chia seeds
*1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
*1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
*Drizzle of honey
This is one of my favorite recipes!! The best part it’s totally versatile. I don’t always want an ice cold shake, so sometimes this is the perfect way to still get my sweet tooth fix, and my healthiest meal of the day in.
The base is:
1 scoop of Shakeology and 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract mixed with just enough almond milk to make a pudding thickness (typically about 2-3 tablespoons).
