We are releasing my daily superfoods in PUMPKIN flavor.
This is limited edition for the fall and quite honestly may sell out in a day…

And this is no average protein shake (I actually do a totally separate whey protein post workout)
For the nutrition geeks, this shake is my daily multivitamins, superfoods, antioxidants, pre and pro biotic.
It helps me sleep better, boosts my energy, and makes my not so friendly skin a little more tame.

Get your PUMPKIN Fix and still keep it fairly “clean” with this Mug Cake 🎃
*1/2 cup pumpkin
*2 tbs. coconut flour
*1/2 tsp. baking powder
*1 tbs. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
*1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
*1 tbs. mini enjoy life chocolate chips or 1tbs. raisins
Optional sweetener! (I liked mine just fine without it but it you prefer things sweetener you can add 1 packet of stevia)
Spray a large mug with cooking spray, mix all ingredients and pour into your mug. Microwave 5-6 minutes and enjoy

Pumpkin Muffins!!! I look forward to making these every winter
*1.5 cups Pumpkin
*3 scoops vanilla caesin protein (I used Beachbody’s performance line – send me a message for details!)
*1 tsp. baking powder
*1 tbs. almond butter
*Cinnamon, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
Mix ingredients together and pour into muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.

*1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
*2 oz frozen banana
*60 grams pumpkin purée
*dashes of cinnamon, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice
One thing I love about fall is that it is the season for all things pumpkin! While I do have a love of Dunkin Donut’s pumpkin coffee, I don’t love all the fake sugars, fats, and empty calories.
I decided to get creative and come up with a pumpkin spice version of my favorite protein shake as a healthy alternative. Hope you enjoy!
