Red, White, and Blue Smoothie Bowl! 🍓🍍🍒Love smoothie bowls in the summer!
In the mix is frozen strawberries, blueberries, and bananas, unsweetened cashew milk, vanilla superfoods, and topped with freeze dried fruit for some crunch. Yummm!

¾ cup almond milk
1 scoop Vanilla Protein
1 cup raw spinach
1 cup ice
¼ large banana, cut into thick slices
1 medium kiwi, peeled, cut into thick slices
2 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
Place almond milk, Shakeology, spinach, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Place smoothie in a medium bowl. Top with banana, kiwi, and coconut; serve immediately.
Chocolate Banana Protein Pancakes 🍫🍌
*1 scoop chocolate superfoods
*2 egg whites
*1/2 mashed banana
*1/2 tsp. Baking powder
*1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
*1/2 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
Cook like pancakes and enjoy!
On the fix?! Use 3/4 scoop superfoods, and count as 1 purple, and 1 red 💜❤️
*One scoop vanilla protein (I used vanilla Shakeology)
*7 grams coconut flour
*2 tbs. natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
*drop of honey
*Enjoy life mini chips
Roll mixture into dough adding water to get the consistency of dough and make cookie dough bites, refrigerate before eating.
