Transform your LIFE

It is TERRIFYING to share these all over again.

Reality is earlier this year I hit rock BOTTOM.
I wasn’t working out.
I was more depressed than I had ever been. 
I couldn’t gain control over my nutrition.

I was a failed coach going through the motions, and when I was first asked to be in the test group for our newest program I ALMOST TURNED IT DOWN.

A common theme that has shown up in my life….
I didn’t feel WORTHY enough to do it.

I didn’t deserve to be chosen. I was the crossfitter who happens to be a beachbody coach. Who was I to get this incredible opportunity?

I decided I had two choices, I could turn it down, nominate someone else and let the opportunity pass me by OR I could do something I have the hardest time doing.

I could put myself first.
Show up confident and proud.
Give every piece of my heart and soul to this program.

Thank goodness I said YES. This is my 6 weeks progress and I’m still going.

Fitness has always been THERAPY for me. But this time it was more.

I committed to changing my mindset. To showing up on the days I didn’t want to. To see things through, not just for myself but for ALL of the people watching, who I would take with me on this journey in the future.

I fought anxiety.
Depression.
Negative voices.
Urges to cheat.
Obstacles along every step of the way.

But one thing I learned….
These at home workouts actually work 😉

That and I had everything already inside of me that I needed to transform my life… what I was missing was the motivation and words I needed to hear every step along the way. Shaun Blokker thank you for gifting that to me. 💛

Reminder on Transformation Tuesday:
Every body reacts DIFFERENTLY to exercise.
Every body loses weight at a different PACE.
Every body BUILDS muscle in a different way.
Every body REACTS differently to food and diets. 
.
Just because you don’t look like her doesn’t mean you’re not making progress.
Just because you don’t have a six-pack doesn’t mean you’re not working hard.
Just because you haven’t lost weight doesn’t make you unworthy.
.
Run your own race. Be proud of your own accomplishments. Compare yourself to your past, not other people. 💕💪

I didn’t know where to start.
I had no clue where I would end up. 
But I knew I needed to change.
It wasn’t easy. It was filled with failures. But it was so very much worth the fight.

Cheers to gaining strength, creating your own happiness, and learning that time can be a very beautiful thing. 🍾 💕

Transformation

I used to HIDE. And not just in sweatshirts, but I let how I felt about my body affect how I felt about myself as a person. 👗

One of the most rewarding things to see my clients gain is the confidence of feeling better in their skin. 🙌

Change doesn’t always happen on the scale. 
It doesn’t have to be reflected in a different clothing size.
Change isn’t always seen on the exterior.

But I do know this… Change happens when you decide you deserve it. 💕

For me, my transformation has always been more about mindset and health than outward appearance, but pictures like this make me realize how much changing my mindset and my life has changed my body.

The girl on the left would take 50 pictures and hate every single one.
The girl on the left would try to stretch out her clothes as much as possible.
The girl on the left wanted to HIDE in workout clothes and sweatshirts 24/7
.
