Did you know I was a dance major in college? Growing up dance was the one “sport” I could actually handle! For me dance has always been a major source of stress release! Even during the toughest of times, dance was there for me to relieve my anxieties, move my body, and work up a sweat!

Happy Wednesday! I am just a bit too excited that WIAW happens to fall on the day after Christmas this year. I will be at Zumba this morning and CrossFit WODing this afternoon but before I get to my workouts I wanted to share with you what a typical Prestejohn/Sementelli Christmas looks like over at my house! Unfortunately though I ended up with one picture of food from the day and a ton of random fun pictures from my Dad. So instead of daily eats. You’re getting the day in a life of Christmas with my family. and I didn’t realize it until posting these pictures, but you’re getting Sophie’s view on her very first Christmas. She loved it! Enjoy!
Since before I can remember Christmas day has been celebrated at my parents house and I can’t imagine it any other way! The morning started early and Sophie was a little too excited about all the wrapping paper! She especially enjoyed tissue paper.
