I use RECOVER post-workout to take advantage of the post-workout window to help with muscle growth & recovery, ease soreness and build strength. I use RECHARGE to help with sleep, recovery, and soreness. It has 20 grams of slow-release casein protein, plus it tastes like vanilla ice cream 😉

      Nope right now they are all only in one flavor and the whey and caesin are not vegan because they’re dairy :)
