Monster Cookie Energy Balls

You’ll need:

1.5 cups oats

8 tbs. nut butter of choice

1/3 cup honey (try to do raw local honey – bonus it can help with allergies)

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbs. of mini M&M’s

2 tbs. semi sweet or dark chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and roll the mixture into balls. Store them in the refrigerator to make them last longer!
