𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘬𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘢 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘰𝘶𝘵.
As I navigate through my own current health issues, I’ve been chatting with more and more of you who are struggling with an injury as well.
And as a fitness crazy, I too need this reminder a lot.
𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡.
𝘐𝘵 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘴 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘭𝘶𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘧𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭.
𝘐𝘵 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘴 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘺.
𝘐𝘵 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘴 𝘶𝘴 𝘢𝘵 𝘢 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘺 𝘸𝘦𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵.
𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺, 𝘐 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘦, 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘴 𝘶𝘴 𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘦.
But I also want you to remember that sometimes fitness can do more harm than good to our bodies.
Sometimes it’s healthier to let your body rest and recover.
Sometimes it’s healthier to dial back the intensity.
Sometimes it’s healthier to take a break.
𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭.
𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐲𝐦.
And as much as you know I love my burpees, you don’t need to do 1000’s of burpees to see the health benefits & results from exercise.
Remember that healthy looks different for everyone and for each phase you’re in that may change and progress with time.
