These were so simple to make! You’ll just mix together 1 lb ground chicken with 1/4 cup hot sauce and 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper.
Form into 3-4 patties, cook on a grill pan or grill and serve on top of salads, a bun, roll up in a wrap whatever you like!
