Protein Ice Cream with Sweet & Salty Dippers

In a blender ice crush together 85 grams frozen zucchini, ยฝ cup frozen strawberries, & ยฝ cup ice. โฃ

Add in one scoop of protein (๐˜ธ๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜บ/๐˜ค๐˜ข๐˜ด๐˜ฆ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ ๐˜ฃ๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ๐˜ด ๐˜ธ๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ฌ ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฆ๐˜ด๐˜ต) and ยฝ cup water and blend on high 3-4 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed. โฃ

These are the best treat and depending on the protein you use they have 30 grams of protein. The best part? You can make them into a single serving for around 200 calories or break it up into two 100 calorie servings. โฃ

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for around 15 minutes. โฃ

Cloud Bread Pizza

Where are my pizza lovers?! This entire single serving pizza crust has only 5 grams of carbs. โฃ

I tried out this recipe from Ilana Muhlstein and Iโ€™m obsessed. โฃ

Here’s how you’ll make it: โฃ
Using an electric mixer beat 130 grams of liquid egg whites (3 servings) until stiff peaks form. โฃ
โฃ
Mix in 1/2 tbs. potato (or corn) starch and beat 1-2 minutes longer. โฃ
โฃ
Spread onto a baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-23 minutes. โฃ
โฃ
Add any pizza toppings of your choice and pop into the oven until your cheese is meltyย ๐Ÿง€ย โฃ

Casein Cookie Dough

Iโ€™ve been LOVING this recipe at nightโ€ฆ If you can tolerate dairy, casein protein is a great option for slow nighttime muscle repair and recovery. It makes a great swap too for an easy healthier snack!
It also makes the best protein cookie doughโ€ฆ

All you need:
1 scoop casein protein
1 splash of caramel skinny syrup (or a drop of caramel extract)
1 tsp sprinkles
8 grams mini m&mโ€™s
Mix your protein, skinny syrup, and around ยฝ cup of water until you get cookie dough consistency. Add your water slowly and mix well. Mix in your sprinkles, m&mโ€™s and pop in the freezer for 10 minutes or so.
Instant cookie dough!

Trader Joe’s Copycat Mexican Cauliflower Rice

Are you team Cauliflower Rice? Yes or No? I love it.

This is one of my favorite frozen veggie staples from Trader Joeโ€™s but itโ€™s back ordered until May. So weโ€™re improvising. This was so good and preps perfectly for the week. I paired it with ground turkey and topped it with shredded iceberg lettuce for a bit more volume and crunch. โฃ

2 bags frozen cauliflower rice โฃ
1 bag frozen sliced bell peppers (or around 3 cups chopped fresh bell peppers) โฃ
1 can no salt added diced tomatoes โฃ
4 tbs. tomato paste โฃ
2 tbs. chopped jalapeรฑos peppersโฃ
Sprinkles of Everything but the Elote Seasoning, Oregano, Pepper, and Sea Saltโฃ

All I did was mix everything together in a skillet over medium heat. You could really add in any veggies or seasonings you like. Get creative. โฃ
