Let simmer until veggies are mostly cooked through. โฃ
Add in your tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and crushed tomatoes and let sit on low for another 5 minutes or so. โฃ
Lastly, stir in 1 can of rinsed and drained black beans. โฃ
