New Program Alert: Fire & Flow

Balance is key to consistency, but finding it isn’t easy.


Meet FIRE AND FLOW – a groundbreaking program that targets your body and mind with strength and cardio workouts alternating with restorative, stress reducing workouts to help you achieve the physical results you want and help your body recover and relax. Super Trainers Jericho McMatthews and Elise Joan have partnered to design a program that takes the stress and frustration out of integrating healthy habits and getting fit. They want you to work out, not burn out.

This 4-week program consisting of 25-30 minute workouts, 6 days a week will have you alternating between Jericho’s FIRE routines that emphasize metabolic conditioning and help increase metabolism, and Elise’s FLOW workouts, which highlight active recovery, restorative mobility, stability, and core strength, while getting you ready for the next day of FIRE.

No matter your fitness level, it’s time to focus on moving your body and relaxing your mind. It will be LIVE for VIP early access on June 7th!!!!

What are the FIRE AND FLOW workouts like?
  • Jericho’s strength and cardio FIRE workouts help sculpt muscle, boost your metabolism, carve definition, and torch calories through metabolic conditioning.

With our Self Love in 20 Group we’re going to teach you to prioritize you! You’ll have the option to complete our brand new 4 week 20 Minute Workout program.

We’ll check in daily with our sweaty selfies to hold ourselves accountable to our workouts. You’ll also get a daily self-love tip from one of our coaches, along with nutrition tips, mindset tips, time management and our weekly zoom chats.

Job1 is our newest program and will combine Jennifer’s no-nonsense training style, 20-minute workouts, and your choice of two super-simple nutrition plans to help you build a healthy routine and stick with it.

All Jennifer asks is that you shift your focus: prioritize yourself the way you prioritize your job or your family.

You’ll tap into a wealth of benefits: more self-confidence, increased strength, and ultimately tone + weight loss! Make your health your top priority and you’ll see major improvements in almost every part of your life.

A 20-minute workout may not seem like enough to get results, but Job1 will change your mind!

In less than 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, you’ll hit multiple muscle groups every single day for a total-body sweat that leaves you feeling stronger, invigorated, and accomplished.

You’ll devote three days to strength training. Jennifer knows the best jobs keep you challenged, so each strength workout features a different structure to help you make progress and build strength without adding bulk.

 You’ll also have one day of endurance cardio and one day of HIIT to help build your stamina, improve your energy, and dial in the fat burn.

 Jennifer is famous for her amazing motivation in the gym, and especially on the bike. Yes, that’s right! Job1 is the first program with the option to include indoor cycling as a cardio option. The program will include four, 20-minute indoor cycling workouts each week for you to swap in as needed.

They’re totally optional, but if you have an MYX Bike — or another stationary bike at home — you can choose to do these workouts on your cardio days to add variety to your routine.

You’ll need light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, as well as resistance loops to do Job 1. For the optional cycling workouts, you’ll need a stationary bike.

Barre Blend

Barre Blend is a low-impact, high-intensity, and high-energy workout program from barre expert, professional dancer, and Yoga Instructor Elise Joan.

Barre Blend helps create a lean, toned physique through a fun fusion of ballet barre, Pilates, and cardio interval training. It incorporates a variety of techniques rooted in dance, focused on high-reps of small-range movements, dynamic exercises, core stabilization and active stretches, all while keeping your heart rate up.

You’ll feel the burn as you sweat, stretch, and strengthen to energize your entire body. Get ready to feel graceful, strong, and gorgeous in just 60 days.

The Workouts

There are 8 weeks of workouts broken into 4 phases and 40 unique workouts. Workouts run from 30 to 40 minutes, and Elise changes up the moves and level of difficulty as you progress through the program.

While every workout is full-body, she gives special focus to one body part each day. These include:

The Nutrition

The nutrition plan uses simplified portion controlled nutrition to teach you exactly how much of what foods to eat.

It’s simple nutrition and totally customizable to your goals. You’ll also have the option of a mindful eating nutrition approach.

Shakeology

Acts like salad, tastes like cake! This superfood packed shake has the nutritional equivalent to 7 plates of salad in one glass. I drink it daily as one simple, easy meal I don’t have to think about. It’s helped me so much with my mega sweet tooth and conquering cravings.

The Performance Line

The Performance Line is designed to take your results to the next level. Energize our plant based pre workout provides a natural energy boost before your workout and recover, a whey based protein shake, will provide the proper post workout fuel to help you maximize results and recover effectively.

The Support

My favorite part of this journey is the support and accountability to keep you motivated throughout your program! We check in daily in our online private Facebook community and also have a private tracker app, separate from Facebook to log your workouts, measurements, progress and more!

Who is this For?

This is a low-impact, high-intensity, and high-energy workout program for anyone looking to build long, lean, toned muscles.

Since it requires no dance experience, Barre Blend is a great workout for new exercisers or people who are just getting back into fitness. Plus, there is a modifier you can follow.

And if you’re more advanced, you can choose heavier dumbbells, add Resistance Loops, and follow the intensifier, who makes the moves more challenging.

 What Equipment Do I Need?

No Ballet Barre Required! You can use any sturdy household object at the right height (such as a chair, sofa, countertop).

You will need 1-5 lb. weights to complete the workouts.

Resistance Loops and Barre Socks are optional.
