I am so excited about the release of our newest program- 10 Rounds! Boxing gyms are all the rage- boxing is one of the best TOTAL-body workouts you can do. But for some, stepping into a boxing gym can be pretty intimidating. But now you can have a boxing gym  in your house!

What is 10 Rounds?


  • 6 weeks
  • 5 workouts a week
  • 3 boxing workouts and 2 lifting workouts a week

-Boxing workouts are broken up into 10 rounds- 3 minutes each, focusing on punching combinations and footwork that progresses throughout the 6 weeks

Joel will teach you how every move actually begins at your feet, moves up through your hips, uses your core, and explodes all the way through your fists. With every punch you use your entire body- scorching calories and toning. This program is built around the simple and precise movements of boxing- without the impact! You won’t be using a sparring partner or hitting a heavy bag- instead you will train the way real boxers do- with shadowboxing! 

The 3 boxing days are combined with conditioning drills that help build:

The two days of weightlifting workouts include
Upper Body to build strength and power

Lower Body/Legs- since every punch starts at your feet

And of course, there is amazing music in every workout to help keep you moving and give you the energy to keep going!

Who is Joel Freeman?

Joel is one of my FAVORITE Beachbody super trainer- he is SO nice and the energy that he brings is next level! From Core de Force to LIIFT4, I have been doing Joel programs for years now!

Joel has been in the industry for over 15 years as a trainer, manager of a gym and program creator. He has a passion for teaching that really helps you master proper form in his programs- ensuring amazing results. He loves to combine cardio and strength and is just so motivating!

April 6- 10 Rounds Available for Customers


What equipment is required?

  • Light, medium and heavy dumbbells for the lifting portion
  • 12” Resistance Bands – included in your package!
  • Small towel

What support will I have?

I will be hosting a test group starting on April 6th! Meal plans, daily checks in and all of the motivation you could need will be provided! I love test groups- and cannot wait to start!

For years I thought changing my body would be the magical cure for my poor body image, but I’m slowly I’m learning it will forever be a work in progress for me. ⁣

Body image is something I still struggle with. ⁣
It’s something that creeps in when I get anxious. ⁣
It’s my coping mechanism when things don’t go my way. ⁣
It’s my default to focus on when other things are off. ⁣

And I’ve learned no matter how small I get, or how much I grow. I will FOREVER find a flaw. ⁣

So I recognize that and am always working towards separating how my body looks from who I AM as a person. ⁣

And as I work to be the healthiest version of me on the outside, I work towards becoming the healthiest me on the inside. ⁣

I’m learning new ways to cope. ⁣
I’m reframing my mindset. ⁣
I’m choosing to work towards seeing things differently – even if I don’t believe it just yet. ⁣
And quite honestly, I’m learning to look deeper for the underlying problems triggering my poor body image (it often has nothing to do with my body). ⁣

Because if you never work on changing your mindset – the external will never be good enough. ⁣

Movement is my THERAPY.

When I fell in love with dance, I had no idea that it would quickly become the greatest thing I could do for myself and my body. ⁣

I lacked confidence. ⁣
I was plagued by food and an eating disorder. ⁣
But it quickly became the one outlet for my anxiety and self hatred. ⁣
It brought me joy and community during a time when I felt very much alone. ⁣

When I fell in love with group fitness it gave me direction during a time when I felt lost. ⁣

I struggled with body image, speaking up for myself, ⁣
It taught me confidence. ⁣
I found my passion. ⁣

When I fell in love with strength training it taught me to appreciate my body for what it could do instead of how it looked. ⁣

It taught me strength. ⁣
It helped me fight depression and anxiety. ⁣
It became the outlet that saved me. ⁣

Choose YOU

It can be really easy to look at someone and assume they NEVER struggle with body image.⁣⁣
But I’d like to argue that almost everyone from time to time has a feeling of wanting to look differently. ⁣⁣
And I’ll be totally honest in saying it is likely something I will FORVER battle. ⁣⁣
It would be really easy for me to tell you that I’ve completely healed my relationship with food and my body. ⁣⁣
Announce that I’ve finally found the confidence I’ve always wanted and you can too. ⁣⁣
But here’s the thing… ⁣⁣
Life is messy. ⁣⁣
I will always be working on becoming a better version of myself. ⁣⁣
Of seeing my worth. ⁣⁣
Of battling body image. ⁣⁣
Of tackling anxiety. ⁣⁣
And that’s okay. Because it’s forever improving.⁣⁣
It’s not about never having the thoughts again. It’s all about hot you choose to handle them when they come. ⁣⁣
Life will never be perfect. ⁣⁣
Choose to show up real. ⁣⁣
Choose to show up as you. 💛⁣⁣
