My new favorite smoothie of choice!! PUMPKIN!!!!
Pumpkin Smoothie!!! 🎃🍁🍂
*1 Scoop protein
*1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
*2 oz frozen banana
*60 grams pumpkin purée
*dashes of cinnamon, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice
So easy to make! Blend together 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup non-dairy eggnog (I used silk), vanilla shakeology or protein of choice and cinnamon.
I hope you’re enjoying the holiday season!! I wanted to share some of my very favorite holiday smoothie recipes with you! Why? Because I know the holiday temptations can be tough. My sweet tooth is in overdrive, and I’m sure yours is too! So these recipes are just the trick, to keep my diet healthy, while still satisfying my cravings for something sweet and the flavors of the holiday season.
Hot Cocoa Smoothie: Blend together, 1 scoop of chocolate protein, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 packet diet hot cocoa mix, 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon and 1 cup of ice. Top with 10 mini marshmallows and 1 tsp. of peppermint sprinkles.

One thing I love about fall is that it is the season for all things pumpkin! While I do have a love of Dunkin Donut’s pumpkin coffee, I don’t love all the fake sugars, fats, and empty calories.
